KYNTIVO terms of use

What stage the service is at

KYNTIVO is being rebuilt and the app is not publicly available to download yet; development and testing are under way. The website introduces its new direction and is not a place to register, buy maps or start a subscription. Earlier descriptions of camp, meal planning and AI features do not apply to this version.

KYNTIVO is a leisure app for movement, a profile, friends and competitions. It is not a medical device and not a source of medical advice; talk to a doctor about health problems.

Your account and conduct

Use your own account and protect your credentials.

Publish only content you have the right to use.

Do not interfere with other accounts, fake measurements, work around competition rules or harass other people.

Measuring, competitions and their limits

Features and results depend on device permissions, on syncing and on the rules of the particular competition.

We do not claim perfect step accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or that measuring cannot be worked around on someone else’s device. An outage does not create a claim to an estimated score.

You can cancel your own challenge, or leave someone else’s, until 5 minutes before it starts; after that your entry is binding. Account deletion follows the privacy page — competitions already running finish for the others without your entry.

Your content

Publishing a profile or content grants the service only the permission it needs to store and display it for the relevant feature. You do not transfer ownership of your content.

Paid features and ads

These terms do not switch on any purchases or ads. They are a planned offering; the price, scope and rules apply only once selling actually starts and will be stated before you order.

Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. These terms do not waive rights or introduce a refund regime of our own.

Age

We do not set a fixed age limit here. Where consent or representation by a legal guardian is required for a legal act, applicable law is respected. The app has no separate children’s mode.

Changes to these terms

Changes are published with a date and significant changes are announced in advance. This does not amount to automatic consent to a different future purpose of processing.
